This project is the first MPLUS project outside Macau.
Most of the apartments in Hong Kong are a little bit smaller than Macau, therefore arranging the floor plan is very challenging. The unit at The Zenith is a 3-bedroom apartment with a gross area of 650 square feet. By modifying the walls, using cabinets as partitions, as well as creating elevated storage, the overall storage space in the apartment is increased. Minimal style and light colors are used to create a cozy feeling.
