The project at “Pride Oceania” is a studio condo with a floor area of about 450 sqft. Our client wishes to keep the existing bathroom and kitchenette. We planned 2 rooms within the open area, which are the bedroom and a study room. The study room will be used the children room in the future. A closet was designed in the room. Light colors and oak wood were used in the space to create a cozy feeling.
